Breeding Bonuses

Do you think it is worth having both Super Studs and Better Breeder or just one?

What has been your experiences with them so far?

I have a stud account and a breeding account, so I have different bonuses on each. I think, if you're going to keep a lot of studs, then you're probably best having both. But if you mostly just keep mares, you're probably best just having the Better Breeder ones, and using studs on the marketplace, that are on an account with stud bonuses.

I have a lot of studs and mares. I had two breeding accounts as I keep draft horses on one and warmbloods on the other but I think I might have to rethink things a bit.

I have a full breeding account with nothing but breeding. I have both of those skills and they work well for me, aside from the occasional stallion invasion *sigh*

I had an account for my pure horses, and one for crossbred - now I just have one for mares and one for studs.

This may be a dumb question, but ...

If I have "Better Breeder" on one account and "Super Studs" on another account and I breed a mare from the 1st acct to a stud on the 2nd acct will my foal get both bonuses or just the one from the acct the mare is in?

Since it says "does not include owners breeding skill additions" on my stallions page, I am assuming unless the stud and mare are in the same acct that has both bonuses, I only receive the one.

The bonuses the stud and mare are on when the foal arrives all apply. So if the stud is on an account with stud bonuses, the foal will get those bonuses, same with the mare. The breeding skill is separate from the breeding bonuses.

That bit applies to the number of breedings a stud has left. Studs on an account with breeding skill have extra breedings.
