What is are the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year sponsor/veteran rewards (whatever the are called)?

They're foundation pairs that you're awarded once a year. The breeds you can get depend on how long you've had your sponsor account.
One Year: Sea Horse
Two Years: Night Horse
Three Years: War Horse
Four Years: Ethereal Horse
Five Years: Alicorn
