What skills and bonuses??

Okay i currently got three new upgrades on three different accounts. Im work with Descendant of Comanches in reining. I have a training ranch where i want to statmaxx, roll, and event train for western events.. mostly reining. I also have a Breeding ranch. where ill breed these bad boys and a eventing ranch where ill mainly focus on reining. Can anyone please give me skills and bonuses that i would need for one, two or all three of my ranches?? Thanks to anyone that helps
