I was wondering how long it usually took for custom color dyes to get put on horses i ordered 2 from someone on Tuesday and the horses still haven't been dyed

It can take some time. You can send a support ticket on OrbisWorlds and the Ops can help.

I had to get an issue with a sponsor account that I upgraded over 2 weeks ago that never got upgraded, and it was finally upgraded Friday.

ok thanks i'll tell the person who baught me the dyes to do that since i probably won't have much luck since i'm not the one who baught them

Tell them that it helps to have the transaction number or the email and last name of the paypal user to help the Ops get it looked at.
