I got my first one within about 10 minutes......the last time I renewed it it took about a week, so it could be a little while. Make sure that when it's upgraded that you have the wild horses too because sometimes they don't come automatically

Nef doesn't upgrade on weekends, I wouldn't worry about it

nef is the only one that does paypal, so it gets done when she has the chance to get online and to go through all the orders. don't forget she has other games to deal with too. sometimes it is laggy so she takes a break and continues the next day.

also its only done once a day, so if you just missed her going through it all then you have to wait til the next time she is on to do it.
