How do you max endurence without toucing anything else?

Train in discipline.

Or train in Teamwork x6 a turn.

It'll raise 1 per turn

And i only want strength and endurence to raise.

It's kind of hard to do strength and endurance at the same time because when you lower the diet to do endurance, strength lowers.

Try starting with strength maxed, then do Driving 6x per turn, and adjust the diet as needed for endurance. The Driving does enough for strength so it raises even though the diet is lower instead of dropping.
