I can't log in to my sponsor account

I can't log into my sponsor account..That I just renewed!!! I can log in to all of my novice accounts, but not my paid one. I have put a ticket through to Orbis Worlds. Does anyone know how long it takes them to respond? I've been unable to log in for a few days now. It brings me right back to the log in screen. I have tried all of the fixes on my computer. I even tried logging in from a different computer with no luck. HEELPP!!
