Rolling Rodeo

Can someone explain Rolling Rodeo to me please? I know it is replacing Cool Competitor but it doesn't give a horse the same advantages does it?

No, it's not the same.. the competitor bonuses were removed and Rolling Rodeo given. Rolling rodeo helps horses roll faster during training.
