Forgotten Username

I forgot the username to my account that has all of my PB horses on it, I put a ticket into Orbisworlds a week ago but haven't gotten a response yet, I was just wondering what the approximate wait time is for getting a reply on that?

Unfortunately issues such as this can only be handled by the game owner, so the wait time all depends on when she is able to get to it.
