On VHR when your looking on Community some people have little pictures next to their name... and when i got a picture, its not showing up. whys that?

I put it in under edit ranch and icon image? Maybe it's too big?

In my experience, the image only shows up when you are a sponser. It doesn't work when you are a novice :D
